Report dated February 6, 2020 regarding information requested by the CSWM Board regarding non-Recycle BC depots in the Comox Valley, to recommend phased closure of the depots and to update the status of the Campbell River, Quadra Island and Oyster River depot changes for receipt. [Item]

Report dated February 6, 2020 regarding an update on the Regional Organics Compost Project and to recommend the inclusion of a social procurement option within the Project Request for Proposals documents for receipt. [Item]

THAT the Comox Strathcona Waste Management Board approve the social procurement concept to include indigenous peoples, apprentices, under-represented populations, small-sized, medium-sized and social enterprises to be implemented as part of the Regional Organics Compost Project construction.
